On 25 November 2025, MLI hosted a panel discussion featuring Deputy Minister Ming-chi Chen of Taiwan to discuss shared interests in regional security and resilience, and the constructive role Canada can play in supporting Taiwan amidst an increasingly complex strategic environment where China’s communist regime looms menacingly on the horizon.
