On May 1, 2013 I was proud to join the launch the Macdonald-Laurier Institute’s groundbreaking series Aboriginal Canada and the Natural Resource Economy. The project launch was accompanied by two papers; “New Beginnings: How Canada’s Natural Resource Wealth Could Re-shape Relations with Aboriginal People” by Ken Coates and Brian Lee Crowley, and “Canada and the First Nations: Cooperation or Conflict?” by Douglas Bland.
