Rx for health care reform

Writing with my inestimable colleague, Sean Speer, in the National Post we published an op-ed on October 6th offering our advice to Ottawa on the health care reform. The advice comes in two parts. First no new money for the provinces. Second, free the provinces to experiment with new models of health care delivery.
