The Center for International Studies at the University of Southern California (USC) invited Brian to be keynote speaker as part of their seminar series on October 19, 2011. He has been asked to speak on themes of his book, The Canadian Century: Moving Out of America’s Shadow, co-authored by Jason Clemens and Niels Veldhuis. He will discuss Canada’s fiscal reforms and its relevance to the U.S.
The seminar series at the Center for International Studies is designed to provide an in-depth look at international affairs, and to bring state-of-the-art research to USC.
