BC Chamber of Commerce talk on social licence

I will be in Vancouver on December 9th to talk to a meeting of their large Chambers (i.e. the bigger Chambers from around the province like the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Kamloops, Prince George, etc.) about the concept of social licence. A hot topic in BC. Who knew?!?
